What We Offer
General Bar or Cocktail Bar
Our beautiful converted horse box bar is fully staffed and available to hire for community, corporate and private events across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

Cocktail Evenings
Two fully trained staff members come along to your chosen venue, to demonstrate how to make 4 delicious cocktails. We bring more than enough ingredients for every guest to mix their own cocktails. A fun filled evening to create wonderful memories with family, friends and colleagues.
Pop Up Cafe
Our Pop Up Cafe is also available to hire, serving a range of hot and cold drinks along with a variety of snacks and a selection of local homemade goodies which are not to be missed.

GENERAL BAR OR COCKTAIL BAR

You can book Carma’s Bar for your special event with a non-refundable booking/set up fee for £150 for any events within a 30 mile radius of Kibworth. We are still absolutely happy to travel further afield, so if you are outside of the 30 mile radius then please still contact us for a personalised quotation.
What does the booking, set up fee include?

Temporary Event Notice – We apply to the local council for this licence.
​
Insurance – Professional comprehensive liability insurance.
​
Set up and clear down – We will arrange with you prior to the event a suitable time for us to arrive to ensure the bar is set up, the drinks are chilled and we are ready to greet your guests as soon as they arrive, to help them to make the most of their evening.
Then once the evening has come to an end at a time pre-arranged with yourselves, we will tidy up and pack everything away so you would not know we had been there. Leaving you with great memories.

Fully Stocked Bar
Stocking local where we can you will find us with a fully stocked and varied bar with any special requests being catered for. Our bar includes local bottled beer and Cider, a variety of wine and prosecco, an extensive range of spirits, including Two Birds and Warners, along with a cocktail menu catering for a wide range of tastes.

POP UP CAFE
​
A recent but very successful addition to Carma’s Bar is Carma’s Café. With a regular appearance every weekend throughout the summer, you will find us located in the last field on the Debdale Lane, adjacent to the Grand Union Canal close to Debdale Wharf Marina.
​
This is a popular walk/cycle/horse riding route between Smeeton Westerby and the tow path towards Foxton.
​
Our Pop Up Café is also available to hire, serving a range of hot and cold drinks along with delicious homemade brownies made by Market Harborough based baker - Truly Unique Cakes.
